Permanently delete your Labcoat account and data

Delete Your Account from the Mobile App

You can delete your account directly from the Labcoat mobile application:

  1. Open the Labcoat mobile app
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation
  3. Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button
  4. Read the warning and confirm the deletion
  5. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Your account credentials and authentication data
  • Your role assignments and permissions
  • Your access tokens and session data

Important Notice

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will be immediately logged out after deletion
  • You will lose access to all your data
  • You can create a new account later with the same email if needed
